Return Period: Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
Non-returnable Items: Monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged by normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in new condition, with tags and the original packing slip.
Return Process: Items must be shipped back within 7 business days once the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) has been processed.
Return Labels: A return label is only provided if the wrong item was shipped.
Damaged Items: If an item is received damaged, an exchange is possible within 2 days of delivery. Refunds are not provided for damaged items.
Christmas-related Products: Christmas items such as decorations, clothing, and home items are non-refundable, exchange only if damaged upon arrival.
Clearance Items: No refund on clearance items, exchange only if damaged upon arrival.
Lost Packages (Domestic US Only): If the package is lost in transit, a replacement will be shipped. If the tracking shows delivered, no reshipment will be processed.
International Returns: International orders may take up to 60 days to be delivered. Claims on lost packages require a local police report.
Non-delivered International Packages: For lost international packages, a local police report is required to file a claim.
